In my childhood, I loved very much to go to the village for my school break. I loved to bathe in the river with my cousin Gayka. Among other leisure activities there were also our hikes in a pirogue, my grandmother’s stories and above all the “boudoir-boudour” sauce, a recipe with fish and bean sprouts.
